The multispooler is a trailer mounted piece of equipment made to spool and unspool cable from cable reel. Being able to accommodate up to 6 spool simultaneously, the multispooler is essential for handling downhole control equipment with multi-sensors. This FEM designed machine is the first of it's kind in the industry. All the spools are run by individual hydraulically driven motors controlled from a control panel.
To build a multispooler able to handle 6 spools simultaneously, each spool has a predefine maximum speed and maximum torque to be able to control the speed and torque of every spool independently. Our multispooler is continuously being improved in tandem with field operations - adjusting our design parameters as needed to meet operational requirements.
Our spoolers can be truck mounted, trailer mounted, or skid mounted - enabling operation both in the field and in the shop.
